1year old boy is having frequent cough and cold. Shown to our pediatrician but after having medicine and completing the course it not getting g fully ok again coming back after 20 days. Please suggest how to grow his immune power and how to cure it naturally not prefering to give medicine so much

Nasal saline drops can be given again and again to the child because it is salt water which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage by clearing the mucus try to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in small children.can give indirect steam inshalation . anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. for fever and pain give paracetamol continue the regsular diet which is being given to the child
Please give Tulsi water for at least two months to the baby to develop immunity. You can also give 1 teaspoon of honey daily to the baby for increasing immunity.
