Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can give nebulization with ns bottle that is normal saline water. this will help in decreasing both dry cough as well as will help in decreasing the mucus present in the throat of the child.
but other nebulization medicines (asthalin, duolin, budecort etc) can be given to your child is decided by the doctor.
so your doctor will decide after examination whetherd your child needs a nebulization with these medicines or not
thus the maximum nebulization that you can give to the child without medical consultation is with normal saline
it is totally safex and it is not addictive

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Yes but do not use any medicine without your doctors recommendation you can actually use saline water into the nebuliser whenever you are nebulising the child it is totally safe and good to be used
