16 weeks old baby cries all the time. he has taken vaccine 4 days before. since then he has become very cranky stopped cooing and conversations. eye contact has also reduced. he cried and cries when kept down n also while falling asleep.
before Las week he was very normal, playing, cooing, looking at us an d conversing
now he does is lot of squeling. wenever sees us he smiles n squels. bt no conversation also eye contact he doesn't hold much like earlier.
however he tracks objects and looks towards sounds
is this just a phase or something to worry?
I'm only worried as he cries most of the time and has less eye contact wt no more conversations

there is lot of pain after taking vaccine particularly DPT better do not take the same vaccine next time go for painless vaccine continue paracetamol and ice cube and injection site
