Q.

16 month old slight warm whenever he wakes up from sleep. is it normal

A. Having a warm body temperature is not a problem till the time it is not fever you don’t have to worry about it but if you see it is fever or the temperature is 99 or more than that or any discomfort then you need to be concerned about it otherwise it is fine
