15month old has started taking cow milk 4 days back before that was only taking breast milk and ofcourse top food, since 2 days she is having loose stools many times after every meal , what should be done

A. if you started with cows milk and if the child is having loose motion stop the milk now and give enterogermina twice a day for three days and then consult your doctor accordingly
