14mnth baby plastic whistle intake X ray done not visible,not remove through potty what can I do

A. Hello! Are you sure that plastic whistle is swallowed by your child? If it is so, then there should be some discomfort or should be visible in the scan. May be you need to further get in touch with the doctor to guide you through this situation
