Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position and maintain hydration

as your child is 13 months old,there is no restrictions on food.
you can offer all food items which are made for whole family.
so try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
