13 days new born baby girl is pooping after feeding and she drops milk after feeding is it to worry??

Both the situation are normal as a child can pass a number of motions in this age and also can throw up a lot of milk as the stomach is very sensitive they cannot digest what you are giving instantly which is why they threw up a lot of milk and motions are also good
