Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Until one year breast milk or formula milk is suggested .
From one year onwards cow, buffalo, packet milk is suggested because below one year babies can't digest animals milk.
So give breast feed along with solids if less lactating or no lactation supplement with formula milk until one year.
From one year onwards also plain milk with turmeric powder or dates powder or syrup or dry fruits and nuts powder, almonds powder is good as health drink powders contains sugar which cause Mucus..
