10 mnth baby ko kal subh se temp he kbhi 99 hota h kbhi 100. mene use kalde ibugesic plus & zifi 100 ye antibiotic de rhi hu... 2 days huye but temp kam jyada ho rha he... normally kab tak kam hona chahiye temp. Actually pehle mujhe aya tha temp fir mera usko... kya kru hospital leke jau usko ko wait kru

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also gddo cold sponging of the body if required
