Chitradevi PMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi Mom, It may caused due to heat or mosquito bite. Nothing to worry. It will disappear on its own. If the pimple spreads over the body or any discomfort happens to your baby, check with your pediatrician regarding the same for better advice. Thank you
