Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability couljjmkd be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Then you should get yourself tested for allergy because when the cold is continuous for such a long time I am very sure that you’re having some allergy and till the time you do not know what allergy you are having nothing nothing is going to work for you once you are sure about it then treatment can be suggested accordingly
