Q.

1.6 mm ecogenic foci on left ventricle and 4.2 mm mild diliated pelvic.both are soft marker for trisomy21.combined likely hood ratio 1.found on my 27 week ultrasound what should I do now pls suggest

A. You can go ahead with the amniocentesis and get karyotyping done so that we can find out for sure if the child is having any trisomy or notWrite Your Answer Here

A. hi mom u should consult with the fetal medicine expert with all ur reports to have advice regarding this as it is difficult to comment with out proper examination of reports

A. my doctor suggest me for NIPT test .which test is best NIPT or amniocentesis
