1.6 mm ecogenic foci on left ventricle,and 4.2 mild diliated renal pelvik.two soft marker for trisomy 21 found on 27 week ultrasound.what should I do now

A. Hi parent I suggest you please consult with your gynecologist about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
