RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 months agoA. Calpol five drops you can give to the child and you can repeat it after every six hours if the temperature is there please keep some ice pack or cold pack onto the affected area and apply Thermophob after that you can do it 3 to 4 times in the day
