yesterday there was a blood in my baby's poop(stool) and today he had a fever ... please suggest what can be the reason and is it worrying situation? please suggest

A. Hello, common cause of blood in an infant’s stool is a slight anal tear (fissure) from baby straining with the passage of the stool- give soft fibrous diet. I would suggest you to consult with paedritician for same.
