yest night by 9 pm my baby ate refrigerated watermelon n now at 5 am she is suffering from 100° c fever does chilled watermelon is d reason of fever?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 9 months old and she has eaten a freezed watermelon and got body temperature at 100 degrees so that watermelon is the main culprit for the fever
