ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you need to first take your blood test for Hb and thyroid .. and also maintain a good diet as well . Take coconut water , seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts , buttermilk , regular foods you make at hone for the family
