A. Hello! Gradually start giving your child. All the healthy home-made foods that you daily prepare for your family like Dal, Chawal, Roti, sabji, and so on. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leaf vegetables , nuts, dry fruits, and dairy in the daily diet. After one year completion, there will be a slow but gradual growth in your child’s weight.
