with every feed passing stool do it need to visit doctor is it any problem

A. some baby pass stool frequently even after every feed baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then don't worry

A. It’s normal for a child to pass urine or motion in this age or child is only two months old which is an absolute normal age for a child to poop a lot of times even after every feeding that you are giving so I don’t see anything anything to be worried currently
