Why vitamin A supplement is given along with MMR vaccine…is there any connection of the vaccination and vitamin A supplement…??

A. It is not necessary to give vitamin A supplement I am hearing it for the first time that vitamin A supplement is given with MMR vaccination your doctor must have given it but it is not something which is connected and it is not mandatory to be given
