why my son is passing very small amount of stools but many times like low amount and high frequency

That’s common due to indigestion related issues and a lot of times kids can pass heavy amount of motion but if you feel it is disturbing or alarming for you in any manner you should immediately consult your doctor I hope the motion is not loose because if it is loose then you should definitely check with your doctor
