why my baby is passing yellow colour watery stools after each feeding,she is 7 months old ,she is passing 10-15times a day watery stools total watery stools with sound while going motions,she had motions 8-10 days back and doctor prescribed some medicines and said stop aptamil 2(she is aptamil stage 2 feed) and he prescribed LF100 for two weeks for lactose intolerance,but still after 5 days of doctor consuly still she had watery motions from last night
