why my baby is doing yellow urine is there any infection on liver...we can give her livfit syrup or not she is almost 4 month old

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and if she is peeing yellow then see if she is having a dehydration or she is taking multivitamins drops or she has a jaundice
