Why my baby is constipated and stools are very hard?

A. Constipation is a chronic problem seen in children and most important cause is diet modification so firstly it should be taken care of. give good fibre diet with plenty of liquids and avoidxfance of food which can aggravate constipation like Banana excess of milk and maida containing food. medications li ke lactulose PEG or glycerine suppository should be second option
