How much hours is your child sleeping that you have not stated so I’m just going to tell you that even if the child is sleeping for minimum of 8 to 10 hours in a day even if you take eight hours in a day then also it is going to be good enough if it is less than that also then in that case you can consult your doctor one time but as far as I know otherwise it is completely normal
