why my baby at the time of breastfeeding pulling his hairs and cries alot...but when he's asleep he very calmly feeds... suggestions

A. it may be colic pain .colic is a very common thing in babies . Some amount of gaseous distress and colic pain will be there even after all medicine or proper burping . Gastica drop can be given 3 times and meftal spas drop for pain when there is severe .
