why my babies umbilical cord is big and seen like a swollen could you please say a solution and it goes back to its same position when I press but regain back at the same time

This requires proper evaluation so in order to clear all your doubts regarding this and to get a proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will alfso suggest proper investigation if required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach to get a proper treatment regarding this.
