Why my 4.5 month baby making sound mmmm mmmm is there something paining to him if yes then how come I’ll know it

A. Hi mom This is the normal for the baby to produce mmmmm sound. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, not crying, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, accepting feeds then no need to worry. Take care
