why my 3 month old kid have light green poop in the morning sometimes ...she is on formula feed once in a day and rest time of breast feed ..her medication is kidrich and tonoferon drops daily

A. Hi, green colour motion is due to formula feed or any vitamin syrup. If the motion consistency is normal then nothing to worry about it.
