why my 3 mnth 10 days baby is passing stool after every feeds

A. That’s common with kids to poop quite a lot during this age but if it is constant then maybe it is due to some indigestion issues you can connect with your doctor if it is a loose tool then that’s definitely an issue and if it is normal then it is not a problem
