Why my 2 months 20 days old baby head is so hot and body is normal in temp

A. this is normal in babies below 6 months It is quite common that in small babies the head will be having largest surface area naturally there is more blood supply to the head similarly both palms and soles will be having more blood supply they are warmer for feeling it is not fever no need of any medicines
