Why is baby’s lips are very dry all season

A. best is to use petroleum jelly or vasekine as you call it commonly. at this age nothing more can be applied. apply every night before bed and in the day if possible. also make sure the baby isxwell hydrated first of all. this is most important. otherwise it leads to dry skin and lips.
