Why havent i received my periods yet, postpartum of 3.5 months now

A. hi mom if u r doing exclusive breast feeding till now then it is OK u will not get ur periods but u should use contraception to avoid pregnancy... tc

A. But is contraceptive allowed, will it not affect breastfeeding?
