Why does my baby hiccup so much?

A. Hello mom it’s a way the system open up and as the baby is a lying position most of the time and when taking feed accidentally it does enter the windpipe instead of food pipe . So elevate the baby head a little while feeding . Also during hiccups avoid feeding .. let it settle down and then do
