why does my 4 month baby spit out milk repeatedly even after burping when patted?

Maybe you’re over feeding the child by feeding every two hours so try and feed your child only on demand and slowly as the age is going to progress it is going to reduce down as vomiting and spitting for initial 6 months to 1 year is considered very normal for kids
