why does my 1 month old is doing like as if he is straing to poop.. but he poop 4 to 6 times a day

It’s a lot of times commonly seen with small kids to apply a lot of pressure while they’re pooping or passing urine it’s considered normal for them so need not worry about it if your child is not crying and if your child is comfortable despite of applying pressure you don’t have to worry about it
