Why did my nine month old baby's skin become dull?

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello most of the skin problem look similar but the causes of it can be different and it would be better to try using mild and gentle baby cream and lotion like babyhug which can help maintain the skin nitration and also would help to keep the skin soft n smooth
