Q.

why combination feeding is discouraged if we can use bowl and spoon considering nipple confusion. if we give formula milk once in a day, will that also decrease my milk

A. dear parent, breast milk is most nutritious, safe and nature's complete food for baby till 6 months. nothing beats exclusive breastfeeding for babies. it is the most healthy nutrition for baby's growth. avoid giving formula if you are able to breastfeed.
