why baby son is not sleeping at night properly reason

At 3 months, your baby may not sleep well at night due to: Hunger / needing night feeds Day-night confusion (circadian rhythm still developing) Gas, colic, or tummy discomfort Wet or uncomfortable diaper Overstimulation or overtiredness Sleep associations (needs feeding/rocking to sleep) Tip: Keep bedtime routine consistent, feed well, dim lights, and reduce noise.
