why baby's motion in watery green color?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! If the baby takes fore milk or if the baby is exclusively formula fed then the stool colour could be green colour. As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, no blood or foul smell in the stools then nothing to worry. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Speak to your child’s doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
