A. Hello dear
Hiccups after breastfeeding and also burping and even when the baby laughs are common and usually reduce all by themselves.
Make the baby sleep on your shoulder for soothing

A. Newborn hiccups are most frequently caused by baby overfeeding, eating too quickly or swallowing a lot of air. Taking a break from feeding to burp the baby may reduce the amount of air in their stomach.

A. Hi mom
When the babies they suck excess air while feeding sucking and crying, this causes hiccups. This is very much normal in néw born babies.
It will stop on its own. So no need to worry. Take care
