start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion

Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Use Babyhug teether. If required use a nipple shield while breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
