If baby is crying at evening time its may be due to colic pain and called as evening colic
Its most common problem in babies less than 6months of age
Starting from morning at every feed gas accumulates in babys  tummy due to inadequate burping and till evening time stomach is fully occupied with gas which irritates the baby and cause pain in baby
Hence remember give quality burp ur baby after each and every feed for atleast 10 min or till baby takes 4 burps.
Also note this :
Give Tummy time 4-5 times in a day time 
Can also used
Colic aid drops 0.5 ml (if needed)
Visit ur pediatrician if problem not resolved.

It's quite normal in newborns .That's how they function. It's not a concern. After few months they will start to follow a sleep routine. Follow a sleep pattern ensure to put your baby to sleep at the same time every day. Feed a little more during night hours for good sleep.
