Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it is considered as normal according to age and according to the details you have mentioned it is considered as acceptable for the age ,you should not worry it does not require anyanj kind of treatment or medicine
if you have any more doubt you can get your child checked once by the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.
