Consultation with doctor personally , is required because examination of the baby is necessary to arrive on a conclusive diagnosis and prescribe accordingly.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Give medicines regularly mam. try to place a wet cloth in forehead. This would reduce the heat instantly also Let the cloth not be too cold. Keep monitoring for temperature. If the temperature is more It's better to check with your doctor and follow his advise. That would be the best and safest option.
