wht is the best way to give him protein,calcium in daily basis

A. foods like lentils and puksesxand non veg foods are rich in protein. you can give one of these foods everyday. in a regular basis make dal . you can add greens like spinach abd methi also to it. you can give protein rich non veg like red meat 2 times a week and chicken and fish 2 times a week. apart from this give curd and cheese and milk and paneer. these will provide calcium . vegetables like okra are also rich in calcium.
