who should I track my gestational diabetes level at home ?? My sugar level after glucose is 170 currently, kindly guide.

You should definitely go for the blood test and if the sugar level is high then you should consult with your gynaecologist about it. Because your doctor can advise you well after examining your reports and checking you. Don’t take any medication till it is not advised by doctors to consult with your doctor first
