white patches are seen on my three years old baby girls under eye area, is this fungal infection or something else?

With the picture it looks like a dry patch so you can apply any good cream or lotion so that the dry is going to subside if you’re certain it is not dryness then it could be another issue associated with something like deficiency of calcium fungal infection worms in the tummy or skin related problem for that you have to check with your doctor
