Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. hi weight gain tips right? if yes then I would suggest to gjve Healthy diet to a child which must include different legumes and lentils,nuts and dry fruits , fresh fruits etc give boiled egg, potato, sweet potato, chickpea, rajma, sheera rab etc
